ROBIN LESTER JOINS FRAMEWORKS AS HEAD OF ACQUISITIONS, AS THE FLEX OPERATOR SCALES UP PARTNERSHIPS WITH PROPERTY OWNERS.

Press Release - March 2024

Frameworks, a London-based managed workspace operator, is excited to welcome Robin Lester as its Head of Acquisitions. As a co-founder of managed office operator MetSpace, Robin brings a wealth of market experience and an unmatched track record of delivering workspace through Operating Agreements.

Lester joins Frameworks to help the business partner with asset owners who want to add a flex dimension to their portfolio. His appointment comes at a time where joint venture agreements are entering the mainstream, with occupier demands evolving and landlords recognising the income benefits flex can offer.

Frameworks was launched in 2017 by Max Jezierski and Samuel Roberts with the goal of offering ‘managed’ workspaces with a particular focus on design. Backed by Rob Hamilton, founder of Instant Offices, Frameworks has since opened 11 buildings, consistently evolving the product to suit the fast-growing demand for premium managed space.

“Our ambition is to create the most simple Operating Agreement in the market”, said Max. “These are traditionally complex and opaque agreements that landlords enter into with justified trepidation.”

“Robin is among the very best deal-makers in the market, with a proven track record and deep understanding of what landlords expect from an operating partner. We knew it was essential to have someone of his calibre spearhead this next phase.”

Commenting on his new role, Robin said “I’m excited by the Frameworks product and the team’s willingness to innovate in this area. There’s an abundance of space in the market with unrealised potential - our Operating Agreement will be a powerful solution for Owners looking to generate and maximise income.”
