Agents who complete a signed agreement for Talbot Works will win a John Lewis voucher worth £1,000. Prizes will be awarded to the individual broker or agent responsible for the signed deal, subject to these terms.

Eligibility

Offer applies to commercial agents and brokers operating within the UK. The reward is personal to the agent who introduced and closed the deal. The deal must be completed and signed between the client and Frameworks Holdings Limited between 16th March and 30th April 2026. Eligibility requires deals to have a minimum 12-month term and to be completed within the discount parameters set by Frameworks.

Reward Conditions

The voucher will be issued within 30 days of verified deal completion. One voucher per completed unit leased. Vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

Compliance

Agents must have approval from their employer to receive this personal reward. By accepting, the agent confirms they have complied with their organisation’s ethics and gift policies. This reward is a gesture of appreciation and not an inducement to act improperly.
