We find you a building. We arrange the legals. You sign the lease. Then we design the space. We build it. We set up all the systems. We deal with the monthly bills, the building management, the landlord bits. We run the space for you day- to-day. When your lease comes to an end, we move you out and cover the dilapidations.

M-Lease combines all the customisable benefits of a traditional lease with the simplicity and ease of a serviced office space.

We design the entire space to your specification. Your company name is on the front door, and everything from the meeting room layout to the coffee flavour is your choice.

Rather than the traditional 5-10 year deal, Easy Lease offers shorter term contracts to give you greater flexibility in the future.

We go to market and compile a shortlist of properties to view. When we find the perfect building for you, we draw up a full proposal of costs and timelines.

We manage the negotiations and legal process with the landlord. Frameworks sign the headline lease, and you sign a simplified version with us.

We design the space to your exact specification, using our expertise in design-led and cost-effective workspace as a guide.

Build and fit
Our in-house team bring the vision to life and complete the build works, furnishing and decoration of your space. Everything will be ready on the day you move in.

We run the daily operation of the workspace for you. Frameworks act as your own facilities manager, taking care of cleaning, building maintenance, IT and supplies.

Logistics and Dilapidations
Logistics and Dilapidations
We arrange the clearance and disposal of the fitout when you leave, and manage dilapidations with the landlord.
