We source you the perfect building and sign the lease, then you sign a simplified contract with us. We design the space to your specification, build it, furnish it and manage its operation for the duration of your term. When the lease comes to an end, we move you out and deal with dilapidations.

Our all-inclusive pricing covers everything from rent and rates to furniture and coffee. Because we do things efficiently, you'll spend less than if you leased the space yourself.

We design the entire space to your specification. It's your name on the front door, and everything from the meeting room layout to the cushion colour is your choice.

Future flexibility

An M-Lease can be as little as 2 years, and allows you to increase or decrease space as your organisational needs change.

We go to market and compile a shortlist of properties to view. When we find the perfect building for you, we draw up a full proposal of costs and timelines.

We manage the negotiations and legal process with the landlord. Frameworks sign the headline lease, and you sign a simplified version with us.

We design the space to your exact specification, using our expertise in design-led and cost-effective workspace as a guide.

Our in-house team bring the vision to life and complete the build works, furnishing and decoration of your space. Everything will be ready on the day you move in.

We run the daily operation of the workspace for you. Frameworks act as your own facilities manager, taking care of cleaning, building maintenance, IT and supplies.

Logistics and Dilapidations

We arrange the clearance and disposal of the fitout when you leave, and manage dilapidations with the landlord.
